The University of Central Florida, Rosen College of Hospitality Management will host our in-person Fall 2025 Rosen College Career Fair on Wednesday, October 22nd, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. At The Venue on Main Campus.
This career fair typically attracts over 90 employers and over 700 students and alumni seeking full-time, part-time, and internship opportunities in hospitality, events, lodging, restaurants, entertainment, lifestyle community management, theme parks and attractions, sports management, airlines, cruise lines, space tourism and hospitality robotics.
Organized by Rosen College juniors and seniors under the guidance of Steven Brinkman, the instructor for HFT 4394 Event Operations, the career fair showcases the college’s commitment to providing real-world experience in event management. “The career fair class mirrors the diverse roles found within an event services company,” said Brinkman.
Employer Registration deadline:
Friday, September 12th, 2025
- One booth located in The Venue with a 6 ft table and (2) chairs
- Event registration, lunch, and parking for (2) employer representatives
Additional employer representatives: $50.00 (plus sales tax) per representative
(Max two additional representatives per booth)
